VIP Package FAQ

Places in the 6 month VIP Package with Emma are strictly limited.

Please reply to your offer as soon as possible to avoid missing out. An offer is not a guarantee of a place.

Initial payment is required before your place is confirmed.

Payment can be made upfront at the time of booking your appointments, OR over 4 instalments. The latter option includes an additional administration fee. If the 4 payment option is selected, the first payment is required upon booking your appointments.

The remaining payments are set up to be paid automatically over the next 4 months.

The first payment, or the equivalent amount if paying up front, is to confirm your mentoring spot with Emma and is non-refundable.

Your 6 month VIP Package commences on the date of receipt of your initial payment

The 6 private sessions must be scheduled by the client at the commencement of the agreement and be used within the 24-week window unless otherwise arranged with Emma.

All sessions must be booked at time of receiving the booking link email. Places are available on a first come, first served basis. To ensure your preferred time please book asap.

All private sessions are 75 minutes.

All sessions are online unless otherwise arranged with Emma.

2 reschedules are allowed and must be done by the client if a preferred time is available.

Appointments are only available during usual business hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm AWST, unless otherwise arranged with Emma.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice. Should you reschedule/cancel within the 24-hour window, your session will be forfeited.

You will be emailed links to access recordings of all private sessions after each session has occurred.

Please note that Emma Turton does not claim to be a healer, doctor or medical practitioner. Emma Turton is an educator, coach and intuitive guide who is dedicated to assisting and supporting people to positively change their lives.

Emma Turton is trained in the Intuitive Intelligence™ Method by the Institute for Intuitive Intelligence, and as a Transformational Nutrition Coach by the Institute for Transformational Nutrition. She is also a Registered Physiotherapist, however, these online consultations do not include or consist of any form of physiotherapy service.

The Intuitive Intelligence™ Method is designed to meet the needs of women and men who are awake or awakening to the path of spiritual service and seeking metaphysical and transpersonal guidance to scaffold their lives. You must be 18 years or older. If you have a known mental or physical health condition, you must be in the care of a medical health professional before you will be seen by Emma Turton.

The advice and information offered in your consultations are based exclusively on the impressions and experiences of Emma Turton. She makes no promises regarding the accuracy, relevance and quality of the information and the methods used in her work. She is not a licensed medical doctor. She offers her clients a spiritual, metaphysical and transpersonal perspective along with nutritional and lifestyle education to aid them in their self-healing and self-empowerment.

The information that you provide as a Client is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party at any stage unless required by law.

As a Client, you understand that you should never use information provided by Emma Turton in any way that contradicts, conflicts, or opposes a course of treatment or plan of action recommended by a primary professional provider such as your licensed medical doctor, lawyer or financial adviser. If you ever perceive or feel that information given by Emma Turton opposes a primary professional provider’s treatment plan or recommendations, you are strongly advised to follow the advice and instructions of your primary professional provider. If you have any concerns or feel that you do not fully understand the implications of a particular course of action in your situation, you are advised to consult your primary professional adviser before taking action.

It is a condition of working with Emma Turton that you exercise your own personal authority. Your choice to act on any of the information provided in the session is solely your responsibility. By signing the Disclaimer on booking this package, you confirm your understanding that Emma Turton does not claim to heal or treat your physical, mental or psychological conditions. She simply offers education, physical modalities, health and spiritual guidance to allow people the opportunity to experience and access their optimal selves. You also confirm that any dietary or supplemental suggestions made by Emma Turton are entirely educational in nature, and are not intended as the diagnosis, cure or treatment for any disease or ailment. By signing this Disclaimer, you acknowledge that your physician is your primary health care provider, and is responsible for supervising all changes in diet and nutrient intake that you make.

You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs when participating in the session, and you must disclose any mental health issues that may impact the ability of Emma Turton to safely work metaphysically with you prior to the commencement of the session. This includes but is not limited to schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. You must be in a clear and balanced state of mind to participate in this work. The Intuitive Intelligence™ Method is not counselling or therapy. It is not a medical technique and does not replace the need for medical care.
